Noble Midstream Partners is a growth-oriented master limited partnership formed by Noble Energy to own, operate, develop and acquire midstream infrastructure assets. Our assets reside in two of the most resilient oil basins in the United States: the DJ Basin in Colorado and the Delaware Basin in Texas. In these areas, we provide crude oil, natural gas and water-related midstream services for Noble Energy and third parties.The Construction Superintendent is responsible for the day to day management of construction operations in his/her assigned area. This position manages construction Forman as well as contractors. Also works closely with other departments to ensure company standards and practices are met. Accountable for the safety of employees, contractors, Noble resources and the environment in their area.

Detailed Description

  • Leads department and other construction personnel associated with construction activities.

  • Solicits bids from and select contractors with corporate approval as necessary

  • Monitors department performance against KPIs and provides support to ensure targets related to project count, EHS and budgets are met

  • Ensures that all personnel have completed safety and environmental training needed to safely and successfully perform their job duties.

  • Provides training to foremen and subordinates and provides back-up for positions as necessary

  • Oversees Noble personnel, including performance management and applicant selection

  • Understands process flow for new construction as well as maintenance

  • Enforces compliance with all Company policies

  • Serves as Company contact with respect to surface owner issues

  • Works closely with management and other departments to optimize cost on construction activities.

  • Responsible for day-to-day third party contractor management

  • Responsible for trouble-shooting all construction concerns and notification of management, if necessary.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Typically requires ten years of experience in construction operations

  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

  • Work may involve moderate to heavy physical activity and exposure to outside weather conditions.
