Noble Energy, Inc. Facility Maintenance Coordinator in Greeley, Colorado
Responsible for all areas of office services to include: general facility maintenance, painting, dry wall repair, ceramic tile repairs, plumbing repair, electrical repair, inventory of facility supplies, furniture moves, building HVAC, fire suppression systems, overseeing of external repairs including landscaping, snow removal and furniture installations, periodic building inspections, set conference rooms up for meetings and coordination of office moves.
Coordinates office moves.
Resolve facility electrical, HVAC, plumbing and lighting issues as well as drywall repair, painting and any other building and facility issues.
Oversee outside contractors for landscaping and snow removal tasks.
Calls for service of office equipment and keeps in working order.
Sets up conference room seating as requested.
Performs routine errands.
May handle meeting room bookings, utilizing the reservation system and focusing on the strategic assignment of meeting space to maximize utilization.
High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Typically requires 5+ years of experience in mailroom, office, and facilities area.
