Noble Energy, Inc. EHS Coordinator - NO HARM in Houston, Texas

  • Coordinates with EHS and Operational leadership to develop a NO HARM strategy to serve as the basis for our NO HARM cultural development road map.

  • Works with the Business Unit Leaders in the implementation and execution of the NO HARM road map.

  • Works with the Business Unit Leaders to ensure their leadership in, and support of, EHS programs and works cooperatively with them in developing initiatives to further develop our NO HARM culture.

  • Develops NO HARM content to maximize engagement with a focus on organizational change management.

  • Coordinates with regional teams to maximize engagement of NO HARM culture-based training opportunities throughout the year.

  • Identifies opportunities to partner with key contractors to improve their cultural maturity

  • Acts as a Liaison with corporate communication to ensure NO HARM branding, content and communications are streamlined and consistent with Company messaging.

  • Manages the annual NO HARM cultural survey, including company roll out, results distribution and action planning.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in environmental or Occupational Safety and Health or other related field, preferred, or three years additional equivalent experience

  • Typically requires 8 years of experience in EHS

  • OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) + 3 years of additional equivalent experience.

  • Five years of oil and gas experience Excellent oral and written skills

  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, delegate as necessary and handle multiple tasks

  • Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Products

  • Experience in the development of culture-based safety programs and organizational change management
