Noble Energy, Inc. Environmental Coordinator - GHG/Air in Houston, Texas
Responsible for EHS data management and reporting including:
Supports data collection, validation and execution of GHG emission inventories across worldwide operations.
Provides key EHS information for external reporting through the corporate sustainability report, climate report, and through third party/trade organization benchmarking.
Responsible for data validation and reporting of EHS performance data for internal business unit stakeholders. Examples include: Total Recordable Injury Rate, days away incident rate, unintentional release data, employee/contractor manhour data, etc.
Coordinates with regional teams to provide training to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our data collection and validation processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science Discipline (Meteorology, Chemistry, Engineering or Environmental Sciences)
6 or more years of experience in environment, health and safety role within the oil and gas industry
Experience with Greenhouse Gas Inventory data and methodologies preferred
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and technical writing skills
Familiarity with oilfield equipment and terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective oral and written communication
