Noble Energy, Inc. Environmental Coordinator in Houston, Texas
Provides environmental and air quality technical assistance during planning, design, implementation of construction projects.
Prepares environmental reports, assessments, air permit applications, registrations, and regulatory submittals in support of all production operations.
Provides technical environmental and air quality permitting and compliance assistance to the business units
Works directly with key business unit members and EHSR staff to identify environmental and air quality needs and ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local environmental and air quality regulations.
Performs environmental incident and accident investigations.
Communicates with state and federal regulatory agencies as a company representative.
Manages, reviews and approves work product prepared by environmental contractors.
Analyzes environmental records related to oil and gas operations.
Performs data management and recordkeeping for environmental management information system.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science Discipline (Meteorology, Chemistry, Engineering or Environmental Sciences)
5 or more years of experience in air quality permitting and environmental compliance in the oil and gas industry.
Strong analytical abilities and technical writing skills
Familiarity with oilfield equipment and terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective oral and written communication
