Noble Energy, Inc. Manager - Facilities & Real Estate in Houston, Texas

  • Manage day to day requirements of a Class – A level office building operations.

  • Manage reception, mail operations and conference center operations for approximately 750,000 sqft.

  • Able to manage office relocations, conference center set up and breakdown.

  • Manage day to day interaction with fitness center and café.

  • Manage office services vendor relations and negotiations.

  • Create and manage the budgets, leases, subleases and capital expenditures.

  • Handle all financial reporting duties and property accounting etc.

  • With the Financial Analyst, collect all accounts receivables; Sign off on all Accounts payable.

  • Negotiate, manage and set up new sublease files, administer move-in and move-out procedures, inspections and reports.

  • Track Certificates of Insurance for Tenants and Vendors.

  • Establish, adjust and maintain sublease activity on project summary reports and rent roll reports.

  • Prepare and submit annual Operating Expenses

  • Abstract leases, amendments and certificate of insurance forms.

  • Oversee TI and construction projects for NBL and subtenants

  • Focus on analytics to improve costs structure and identify opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Degree and 5+ years of experience.

  • Real Estate construction experience and property management required

  • Ideal candidates will have experience with Class A office properties

  • Ideal candidate will have managed a multi-tenant building or complex

  • Real Estate license a plus
